What's the difference between dropping a bomb and doing what you mention?

When children die because the hospitals have been destroyed, or there
is no clean water, or food, or power etc. what is the difference?

Is it OK because nobody looked into their eyes and pulled a trigger?
Death is death, it doesn't matter if a soldier slits the throat of a
baby, if it was crushed beneath a bombed house or it died because of
disease - it is still another innocent dead because of the war.
