If the Infiniti is all original, then you will be able to get what you're 
looking for at the dealer.  Call the local dealer, ask for the parts 
department, and tell them what you're looking for.  They will be able to 
figure it out. My guess is it will cost $200 - $300.

A "Grill Insert" for an all-original Infiniti is OEM.
