So I was saying the hospitals weren't helping anyone because the money we sent was not going for food or medicine. I think I read estimates of a million people might have died because of lack of medicine during the 13 years of sanctions even though the food-oil program sent billions. So to lose a hospital in a battle and rebuild it a year later and have it actually work is better than spending a decade using it as a morgue.
