I've been a little tied up for the past 4 months on another problem :) I do support the idea, but there I have a few issues with the transition to such a program. The transition needs to be revenue neutral, but also quickly remove the embedded taxes in the products currently in the system. Until that is actually addressed, I'm not going to spend my time advocating the program.
