Honestly my general distast for wal-mart is rooted more towards thier business practices and thier vendor relations than with thier employment practices. Like I said the main reason our company probably doesn't go through as much crap about employement practices as Wal-mart is simple due to us be union in the stores. Though I did have a friend that worked at wal-mart and completely hated the experience. I imagine simular positive/ negastive experiences can be found at most National retailers weather they sell socks or modems....
