Meh. While it would be cool (no pun intended), I think it would be too much trouble. We already have the nukes. Who cares about the fallout? The world would finaly have a convenient place to store all of its neclear waste. Hmmm. Would probably have to build a wall though. You know, to keep all of the giant mutated reptiles in and such.
