Yesterday I took a vacation day to fix the water line that had busted underneath my driveway. My driveway is waste concrete with gravel on top. I didn't realize that waste concrete would set up that much. And much to my dismay, the installer put a 90 deg elbow at an angle that was a little more than 90 degrees. In the end, I had to dig out about 8 feet on both sides to get enough bend in the pipes to get a good seal on the elbow. 8 feet with a pickaxe and a shovel has done some damage to the 36 year-old body though :)
