Here's your answer, right in the text of the article:

"In addition to Baden and Ober's own pathologist at the autopsy was
Bay County medical examiner Charles Siebert, who performed the first
autopsy."

So ... Charles Siebert. Apparently he watched the 2nd autopsy. So he's
probably been bawled out -- dunno what else they'll do to him.
