Only the first link worked for me. I'm not a color guy. They seem fine to me, if a bit monochrome.
But I was a bit put off for some reason by the repeat links on the bottom that exactly mirrored the top menu. Since the top menu is not, at least currently, images. Nor does the page scroll since its size is constrained. I did not see the need to repeat the menu at the bottom.
