That is a seriously good idea that enough people don't follow.

I always add one, usually right away so you can easily change your mixture
to go with the seasons.

I used to put a radiator flushing kit on all my cars.  That included a tee
with cap that I would normally put on the highest point of the system
(usually a 1 inch return hose from the heater core).  I could bleed out all
of the air easily with this in place.
