Hillary's negative number is very high, no way she gets elected to anything national. Chuck Hagel doesn't have it, whatever "it" is. Powell says he doesn't want to run. Condi Rice, who I like, says she doesn't want to run. Romney is a possibility. He looks a little bit too suave, though, that might work against him.
