If Mike Tangorre were here, he'd be MTAngry with you right now.  He and 
I had a conversation about this a few weeks ago.

Seriously, though, I owned one for 9 months and it just died a slow and 
painful death.  And it only had a 90 day warranty.  I loathe eMachines 
crap.  All their hardware is proprietary, too, which doesn't help when 
it comes time to upgrade or repair.

I'd go for a similarly priced Dell, personally.
