You probably could save your company money by flying, especially when it's a 7 hour drive. That's like $150 bucks at $0.35 a mile, one-way! And that's a conservative estimate of 420 miles :) (7 hours X 60 mph). A quick search on Travelocity from Columbus to Reagan is $303, round trip. And you prolly could do better.
