I have been approached to rewrite an OLD FORTRAN application that I wrote in
college in Visual C++. The FORTRAN is freely available to the potential
client, but they want the original developer to do the work. I offered to make
the application a web appication, but they want VC++. I told them I didn't
know VC++, but they would still like me to do the work if I am willing. It
looks like it is time to learn Visual Studio.

Can ANYONE here point me in the direction of a tutorial on creating VC++
Windows applications? I need to create a GUI and offer either screen, XML, CSV
or print output.

I'm guessing Visual Studio .NET might be my best option to create the XML, so
time to spend more moeny with M$.
