Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I think I am going to go the route of hiring contractors for development and if possible a high commission/low salary sales person to pound the pave and make phone calls.
Thanks again! Duane -----Original Message----- From: So Kenfused [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, May 26, 2006 5:46 PM To: CF-Community Subject: Re: What To Do, What To Do!?! Compromise. Hire a contractor to do about 10 hours of your existing work a week. You make a small profit off what the contractor is doing and it gives you time to seek and work on new opportunities. You are still making at least 75% of your existing income plus whatever you make from your new opportunities. If your new opportunities grow enough hire more contractors until you are comfortable with the concept of hiring actual employees and dealing with their benefits etc.. >Hi All, > >I'm faced with an interesting decision. > >A couple of years ago, because of an incredible stroke of good luck, I >landed a really good client.
