their missile technology is fairly rudimentary. remember the last time they tried to test a three-stage rocket? total failure. they have one and two-stage rockets that can hit japan, etc. but nothing (so far) that can hit the usa. so what is the problem with the analysis? it was probably provided by the cia.
it turns out iraq isn't "chock full" of wmd, but there are chemical warheads lying around in depots all over the country, apparently lost (i don't give saddam's regime credit for hiding them that effectively).
