A *really* good view, actually... It's effectively an outdoor canopy with lights connected to a square table with an area inside for the server / chef to stand and work. 22 chairs with 4-point harnesses are bolted to the table. Why the bolts and harness? Simple, the entire assembly is designed to be taken up 50m by crane for the entirety of the meal or meeting.
