OK, I am on my laptop, which is 98, and I want to download direct x 9 for
my home computer. Which is XP. So Microsoft makes me prove that I have
"genuine" windows (why? this is 98, why does it even care?) then proceeds
without giving me any other option to download direct x 9 for windows 98.
Which I thought was a non-supported product these days?

Anyway, yeah yeah, I'll do this again from home or from another XP machine,
but it's annoying. It can interrogate me as to where I got my software but
not as to what I want to do. Harumph.
