I use eNom.com

They have a lot to offer plus sub-accounts. It's a little more money but I
think it's worth it. Been using them for about 6 years without any problems.
Got about 100 or so domains.

They also have an API so you can build a control panel for your clients if
you want.

1. Reliable, no problems.

3. Easy, I host some of my own DNS records and host a few with  GoDaddy
4. I never called either.
