I am probably asking for too much about a year or two too soon but... We have a DirecTv DVR and I have several movies recorded on the hard drive. Now we are looking into buying a DVD Recorder and I'm wondering if there is a way to get the movies from the DVR to a DVD WITHOUT having to play the movie? Or is it like a VCR and you have to actually play the movie thru to capture it to the DVD?
Like I said - I'm probably asking too much but with all the technology available there must be someone else out there that would also like to be able to do this...
