That's the question - what is Christianity? Jesus didn't leave any words himself, what we know is what others say he said. Now for the most part the truth of these teachings are self-evident, but when people start claiming others are going to hell ... well then you're getting technical. So the technical question is: if Jesus was here to guide us, why didn't *he* leave specific written instructions? Why is it all hear-say? And if the answer is: "he did, but through others" why do those others so disagree?
