Actually I think there are probably other cases... the order window at a
busy fast food drive-in (McDonald's, KFC) can often be in nearly continuous
use for example.

Of course if the government were run as well as well as many McDonald's
stores we would probably have fewer complaints.  </cf_rimshot>
