I'm saying that there were more higher value methods to accomplish the goal than invading Iraq. Bush thought it was going to be easy: 1.) Airpower supported 100k troops roll into Bagdhad 2.) US greeted as liberators holds down the fort. 3.) Chalabi greeted as hero, moves existing INC into place, governs. 4.) Oil wells tapped, revenues used to pay US for 2 years of security. 5.) 1.5 - 2 years later the US pulls out with leaving a new Middle East democracy in place. This new democracy attracts billions in development and thus millions of immigrants chomping at the bit to get a piece of this new wealth ala India. Other Arab countries begin to whiter as Iraq grows into the Middle East power house and becomes the US's new top ally replacing or augmenting Saudi Arabia. Eventually all Middle East countries fall to the new economy leaving peace and prosperity in their place. At least that was the plan. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:219726 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
