I'm fairly sure it is out of warranty, I've had it for three years now, but
I've had no problems with it.

The main differences between the two is that the D100 is more geared towards
the semi-pro photographer. It's more durable and has the ability to add on
additional accessories.

The D100 came out a few months before the D70, the stuff I'm selling
probably cost me around $2500 when I bought them new, and I take very good
care of my equipment.
