Interestingly enough, after posting this I've had nothing but problems trying 
to get a site set up with them. Not getting their emails, needing to make 
multiple calls to get stuff done, etc. But this is using shared hosting, my 
dedicated customer still is very happy. Just hope this will not be the norm....
