Hello all,

I want all email that is being sent to a group of email addresses to
first be passed by the Project manager before going out to the
contractor.

Currently, the staff write email responses etc. and just fire them off
willy nilly, at times with incorrect information etc. included.

Before those email responses go out, I want the Project Manager to
read them, and if they are correct, to allow them to go out. If they
are not correct, he can modify them or send them back to the staff
member and tell them where the problem is so that it can be corrected.

I have not found any sort of Filtering Rules etc. in MS Exchange thus
far, but I don't really know the system.

Is there a way to do this?
