One of my biggest pet peeves is you call up a service to cancel your
account, I understand that the representative tries to keep you as a
customer.
However, after the 3rd time of indicating: "No thanks, I want to cancel
the service" that the rep continues to keep you.
 
At what point do you say :  "Look Dammit! Do you understand the words
coming out of my mouth??? CANCEL MY DAMN ACCOUNT!"
 
Sorry does this bother anyone else or do I need to see psychiatric help?
