My sympathy. I had a round or two with a psychotic seller on ebay who
refunded my payment then filed a thing with ebay claiming that I had
refused to pay. So I did, after a month's worth of emails did not
produce an explanation for the refund -- it did not lead to confidence
that I would receive my merchandise in good condition or that the
seller would be available if there was a problem. Since the item was a
laptop, it was a larger sun than I was willing to write off.

Ebay eventually backed me up after reviewing my paypal records, but I
could have done without it.....
