Here a stupid question.... when you measured the area you were covering, did you measure around obstacles (counters, appliances) or just measure wall to wall to get the square footage?

Based on the cuts you will need to make, there will be times there will be pieces you can not use. We had estimated 10% more for materials when we had our laminate flooring put in our basement and had maybe 10 pieces left over from the last box which was pretty good. -----Original Message----- From: Ray Champagne [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, January 03, 2007 10:54 AM To: CF-Community Subject: RE: Baseboards... door and window trim.. Buy about 1.5 times the board feet you're estimating you'll need to account for f*ckups. They happen a lot, according to two friends that have attempted this themselves. :) > -----Original Message----- > From: George Mason [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Wednesday, January 03, 2007 10:40 AM > To: CF-Community > Subject: Baseboards... door and window trim.. > > We are just about finished with our kitchen remodeling.
