I don't consider it a flaw.  It's just part of it.  Granted, this
guy's salary is way out there, but the same theory goes for you being
paid $100/hr for computer work vs the gardener getting $10/hr.

Now, do I feel that $200 of the $210 million dollar severance should
have been split by employees underneath him.  Hell yes!, but then
again, that wouldn't be capitalism....more like socialism.
