Actually I did go next door to chat with them at about 11:00pm and knocked on their glass panel front door so hard (I was a little irritated) that I broken a pane of glass out. The asshole occupant of the home then let the dogs into the house from the backyard and opened the front door as if they were going to come out and attack me. I really have no fear of dogs and they sensed that so they just looked for my hand for me to pet them, which I did.
We had some angry words and I *did* actually offer to pay for the broken door, but he didn't take me up on it.
