Code completion yes. Table wizards, don't know. I don't use them. I develop CSS layouts mostly and keep my table structures fairly simple. No or very little nesting of tables within tables. I started off using CFStudio and was dragged kicking and screaming into using DW. When CFEclipse became a viable alternative I switched to that. The only drawback is that DW does have a very good synchronize utility - ie deploy on save.
