I've been called twice since living up here in the Northwest, and I have served twice. the first case was petty robbery and the guy got convicted 'cause he did some really stupid things. The second was a damages case in civil court. Never realized how important math could be in a court case :-) In the first case, everybody had court appointed attorneys in the second the plaintiff and defendant lawyers went to law school together. it was weird.
