Hi Michael,

What OS are you running on that machine?

If you are running Win2K or WinXP, then I can't help too much. Under
Win95/98/Me you could drop to a command line, and run fdisk to recreate
the partition on the second drive as a FAT partition, and then format
it... it should then reappear in windows.

Under NT4, there is an option in the Administritave Tools menu called
Disk Administrator, which will show you the partitions and disks in your
machine, and you can then choose to repartition (I believe) and reformat
the disk/partition.

I have had the pleasure of NOT being exposed to Win2K and XP, so I can't
help you if you are running either of those.
