The data clearly shows that, overall, the rate of increase of GHG has
slowed decade over decade.  In other words, Kyoto (or something else)
is working.

If you don't understand that you need to take some math and statistics
classes.  Understand distributions, controls, averages, and
statistical variation.

Once you do you'll see your error.
