I've read the "Foundation" books and loved them but I mostly read his non-fiction. "Extraterrestrial Civilizations" is perhaps my favorite non-fiction book. Sure, it's somewhat dated but his arguments are as incisive and useful as ever. His science essays collections are amazing as well - although I wish they would get a reprint since they're so damn hard to find.
