He did not look good. Certainly not good enough to be the frontman/mc
for a party and once a year extravaganza.

Of course, the fact that he was standing and speaking at all was surprising.

I would say he looked like a person coping with fairly progressed CP
(clenched, incontrolled  hands, poor body control), a stroke (facial
tics, speech issues, timing), and a long bed ride (thinness, general
health appearence). Just based on external symptoms, for a mental
picture, not as a real list of maladies.
