My Wife's actually studying for her a real estate license exam right now :)
If you are the seller and buyer agent in most states (I think there is an
exception or 2) you have to disclose this to both sides. At that point the
real estate agent is just a moderator. Cheap plug: if you are moving to
Cincinnati/Dayton Ohio my wife will be licensed in about 3 weeks and working
with Sibcy Cline, which is a great Broker. :)
