Hi, I also would like to share my experiences. I controlled my weight once last year and I have plan to do also this year. Last year I lost 15 Kg (~33 lbs) within some weeks and it was really nice. :)

If you can control what you eat and the min. amount of food that your body needs, it helps a lot. I used one of the acupuncture method (http://reduzierung.de) just to lose my hunger feelings and ate a lot less than normal.
