Hi,

I also would like to share my experiences. I controlled my weight once 
last year and I have plan to do also this year. Last year I lost 15 Kg 
(~33 lbs) within some weeks and it was really nice. :)

The first and the only important rule is burning more than getting. If 
you can control what you eat and the min. amount of food that your body 
needs, it helps a lot. I used one of the acupuncture method 
(http://reduzierung.de) just to lose my hunger feelings and ate a lot 
less than normal. You can see some other samples with same method on

This year I would like to do same thing for a long term period. I also 
bought DVD and books "YOU: On a Diet" and I think it is a great resource.
