That's where I'd say that if that person is truly a friend, it would
be bothersome to you or them.  You'd both understand your roles and
you'd both execute them to the best of your ability.  If one of you
failed to do that, or just plain didn't like the culture that was done
in, then you'd part ways, but remain friends.
