My father just got back! But I'm not sure how much his experience will help. He's a traveling machinist for an industrial print machinery firm (splicers, folders, etc). The machinery weighs several tons so when it breaks he goes to it. ;^) Anyway he spent a few weeks there (installing new equipment) - but in the industrial section of town. Not exactly tourist central. Just a warning tho: he came back with some REALLY interesting parasites. He was sick for weeks. If you'd like to talk to him let me know and I'll ping you his address. He might still be able to give you airport or driving tips.
