XTC does not suffer from overplay, oversaturation, overimitation and quite frankly overglorification. On the rare occasion that XTC makes it to the airwaves it is usually Dear God, and on the odd occasion Mayor of Simpleton from Oranges and Lemons... YMMV... and while Jimi is a great guitar player, I don't need to hear him every single frakin' day to know that, but there you have it.
