Yeah, we only pay $100/yr for the core stuff which is the common landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal lights. We've got a few major common areas such as the entrance, cul-de-sac centers, and some other stuff. That also covers the mailbox stands, some plowing/sanding, and some other stuff.
