Welp, we haven't tested 1.5 with 1.6 but we know 1.4 interferes with 1.5 
somehow. 
And it isn't that big a hassle, except finding Add & Remove Programs in 
Vista... on Windows XP we can get even total newbies through the process in 
five minutes or so...and we hope this will go away when we do hotfixes.

Wouldn't system environment variables be on the server?
