well... that's what I want to say too. But you know, it really did not make economic sense in Canada and maybe it won't in Britain. I had no idea this was even possible so I have not thought about it. But you know... all those North Sea oil rigs... hmm. I really don't think Scotland has seen its fair share of economic development...it might be a good idea at that.
