It was more a Cousin Tom, or is that Tomas, situation. I advertised our contact at the Hispanic Chamber said his cousin needed a job and that he had some friends who were also qualified. He sent me all of thier resumes and we interviewed them.
I will say that the three illegals spoke excellent English. It was thier attemt to slip below the radar I guess.
