Was searching around to see if anyone has talked about SCRUM on here. We've started use SCRUM and it rocks. The key to SCRUM is that you've educated your client a little on how it works. The daily standups keep everyone focused and it also keeps someone from dwelling on an issue for too long. In the end the client gets what they want you get what you want and during the process developers get to do what they "want", develop.
You guys trying it still or did you move on to something else??
