No real suggestion... I've got a browser based xml/xsl editor, which is pretty cool, since it's wysiwyg, but it's still in super alpha mode.
Just looking at the specs for XSL (make sure you're using the right version), was pretty helpful for functions and whatnot. For sorting and stuff.
