Right, and the article points out that there's an environmental cost *total* to look at when deciding on a car; it's not just about the gas mileage its the cost to: 1.) Plan the car, 2.) Build the car, 3.) Drive the car, and 4.) Dispose of the car. The article points out that the Prius uses a very environmentally costly battery which drives up its environmental cost beyond a Hummer. It concludes that there are environmentally "cheap" cars to drive, but the Prius is not among them. BTW - if you read the CNW marketing report, all the most environmentally expensive cars are European. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Deploy Web Applications Quickly across the enterprise with ColdFusion MX7 & Flex 2 Free Trial http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/flex2/?sdid=RVJU Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:237017 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
