Having problems with them.. my yearly payment is subscription based through paypal. They were paid on 6/17. I started getting suspend notices and on the third they suspended my account. So they have my money and suspended my account. Paypal says for a refund go through them, they wont reply. I've emailed support, admin, billing and sales and called their support number twice and left 2 messages with phone numbers to call me back at. Anyone else have them and having this problem? Anyone offer any ideas on what to do? I thought Paypal guaranteed transactions? Shouldnt they be able to charge back that money and refund it to my account?
